Hope Health & Rehabilitation Center is a family-owned and operated community providing skilled nursing, long-term care, and rehabilitation services in Lomira. Hope Senior Living offers seniors the ability to maintain their independence in the comfort of their own apartment.

Every person at Hope addressed her by name, stopped and said hello whenever they passed her. She loved the religious services, hair services , and all the activities.
