Hope Health & Rehabilitation Center is a family-owned and operated community providing skilled nursing, long-term care, and rehabilitation services in Lomira. For people who need regular health monitoring, we offer skilled nursing services 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Hope Senior Living offers seniors the ability to maintain their independence in the comfort of their own apartment.

Every person at Hope addressed her by name, stopped and said hello whenever they passed her. She loved the religious services, hair services , and all the activities. In her last year Hope made her days the most pleasant. We were always kept up to date on her. We always felt we could address the staff with a concern and it was dealt with immediately.”

There’s nothing like the smiles that happen when generations come together. 💕 Our residents had such a great time spending the day with these awesome kids from Raising Arrows homeschool group—laughing, playing, and just enjoying each other’s company. Moments like these bring so much joy, boost spirits, and remind us that connection and kindness don’t have an age limit. Days like this make our nursing home feel even more like home. ...
