Hope Health & Rehabilitation Center is a family-owned and operated community providing skilled nursing, long-term care, and rehabilitation services in Lomira. We understand that your primary goal with rehabilitation therapy is to recover as quickly as possible, so you can return to the life you love.
Skilled Nursing & Long-Term Care
For people who need regular health monitoring, we offer skilled nursing services 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Assisted Living
Hope Senior Living offers seniors the ability to maintain their independence in the comfort of their own apartment.
